Group Structure
KimCor Diamonds plc ("KimCor" or the "Company") has over 20 subsidiary companies operating, exploring and/or holding diamond or industrial assets located primarily in South Africa and Tanzania.
Re-Admission to AIM
On September 21st 2007, KimCor completed its acquisition of the diamond and industrial assets of Dwyka Resources Limited through its purchase of Dwyka Diamonds Holdings Limited. The acquisition constituted a reverse takeover for the purposes of the AIM Rules and therefore required the publications of an Admission Document (report). Following approval of KimCor's shareholders at the EGM held on September 20th 2007, the Company's entire issued share capital and warrants were re-admitted to trading on AIM effective on September 21st 2007.
